1. General Questions

Q: What devices can I use the app on?
A: Our apps are available on iOS devices through the App Store. Please make sure your device meets the minimum iOS version requirements.

Q: Do I need an internet connection to use the app?
A: Some features may require an internet connection, but basic gameplay can usually be enjoyed offline.

Q: Can I play with friends on different devices?
A: Yes! You can play with friends locally on the same device or share challenges to play together.


2. Subscriptions & Payments

Q: How do I subscribe or manage my subscription?
A: All subscriptions are managed through Apple’s App Store. To subscribe, cancel, or change your subscription:

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.

  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top.

  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  4. Select the RevealGames app subscription to manage it.

Q: How do I unsubscribe?
A: To unsubscribe, follow the same steps above in your Apple ID > Subscriptions. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Q: How do I get a refund?
A: Refunds are handled directly by Apple. You can request a refund via: Apple’s Problem Reports page and follow the instructions.

3. Troubleshooting

Q: The app is not opening / crashing. What should I do?
A: Try the following steps:

  1. Close and reopen the app.

  2. Restart your device.

  3. Make sure your app is updated to the latest version from the App Store.
