These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile apps published by Reveal Games (“we”, “our” or “us”), including Couple Games: Date Night (iOS), Date Night: Couple Games Quiz (Android) and Spicy Truth or Dare Dirty 18+ (iOS) (each an “App”). By downloading or using an App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
Our Apps contain content intended for adults. By using an App you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
2. Use of the Apps
You agree to use the Apps only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Use the Apps in any way that could damage, disable or impair them.
- Attempt to access other users’ data without permission.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Apps.
3. Play responsibly
Our games include questions and dares for adults. Every player is free to skip any question or dare at any time. Only take part in activities that everyone involved is comfortable with, never pressure anyone, and never drink and drive.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
Some content requires a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Prices are shown in the App before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
5. User content
Where an App lets you create or share content, such as custom challenges (“User Content”), you are responsible for it and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it in connection with the App. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing or contains malicious code. We may remove User Content at our discretion.
6. Intellectual property
All content, features and functionality of the Apps, including text, graphics, logos and software, belong to Reveal Games or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written consent.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reveal Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reveal Games and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any claims arising from your use of the Apps, your violation of these Terms or your infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at any time for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms other users or the Apps.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and will change the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the Apps after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Apple-specific terms
If you downloaded an App from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
