Do I need an internet connection?
Most games work offline. Some features, such as purchases or multiplayer, need a connection.
Can we play on one phone?
Yes. Our couple games are designed to be passed back and forth on one phone. Spicy Truth or Dare works on one phone for a group and also has a multiplayer mode.
Who are the apps for?
Our apps are made for adults aged 18 and over.
Subscriptions and payments
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
On iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions and choose the app. On Android: open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store you paid through. For iPhone, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android, follow Google Play’s refund process in your order history.
I paid but the content is still locked.
Open the paywall in the app and tap Restore Purchases, making sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy.
Troubleshooting
The app will not open or keeps crashing.
Close and reopen the app, restart your phone and update to the latest version. If it still happens, email us with your phone model and OS version.
